Lee Silsby now participates with several new insurance plans!
In an effort to make compounded medications and prescribed nutritional supplements more affordable for our patients, Lee Silsby Compounding Pharmacy has recently joined several new insurance plans. A complete list of accepted insurance providers is below. When prescriptions for medications or supplements are filled at Lee Silsby, patients who are covered by any of the accepted insurance providers are responsible only for their insurance co-payments and shipping charges.
If you have insurance coverage from a provider not on the list below, Lee Silsby Compounding Pharmacy can assist with obtaining reimbursement by providing detailed insurance claim forms. We’re always looking for ways to reduce costs for our patients. If your insurance provider is not currently accepted, it may be in the future. email us here and tell us which providers we should consider.

Lee Silsby Compounding Pharmacy was founded in 1982 by Alan Israel, R.Ph. Our pharmacy is located in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, in a historic fire station. Extensive renovation was done to the inside of the fire station to create a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility, while still maintaining the exterior of the building consistent with the standards required for a historical structure.
