In an effort to make compounded medications more affordable for our patients, we have recently joined several new insurance plans. When prescriptions are filled at our pharmacy, patients who carry these plans will only be responsible for their insurance co-pay and shipping.

* As part of the Caremark and CVS merger completed 3/22/07, the prescription benefit management operations of PharmaCare, ClaimsPro Health Services, TDI Managed Care (dba Eckerd Health Services - EHS) and United Provider Services were merged into Caremark. Effective September 1, 2007 these plans will be serviced through Caremark.

About Lee Silsby

Lee Silsby Compounding Pharmacy was founded in 1982 by Alan Israel, R.Ph. Our pharmacy is located in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, in a historic fire station. Extensive renovation was done to the inside of the fire station to create a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility, while still maintaining the exterior of the building consistent with the standards required for a historical structure.
