"I just wanted to write you today to let know how much your nasal secretin has improved our son's recent progress.

When I look back over the years we have been doing Biomed I see different phases and along with those phases several Lee Silsby products.

I think everyone I know has heard about how great Enhansa was for Ryan, how we used for it's antifungal properties and it's anti-strep? and it's anti-inflammatory properties.

Ryan has also been on oxytocin nasal spray for years and we attribute his amazing ability to bond and engage with peers to it's actions.

Then this past fall we changed from mb12 alone to using your 'triple shots' (mb12,NAC,folinic) and saw another jump in cognition. We think this is due to the importance of folate transport and that giving folinic sc has finally helped overcome his deficiency. (we love that the shots do NOT sting)

Then we added your nasal secretin and voilà an another huge step toward recovery. We saw impressive increases in bowel health but most impressive was the sheer jump in mental awareness. Our doctor said we could increase the dose and let then tell him how it was working.

Well it was great at one spray daily but at 2 sprays in each nostril twice daily nasal secretin is nothing short of amazing.

On the lower dose of nasal secretin, Ryan has IQ testing done in December and tested at 5 years of age (he is 8 yrs old.) Ryan has full language and can hold conversations (about topics he likes;)

Ryan is currenty reading on a second grade level. We find the results to be excellent as the testing was completed standarized and without any modifications. Our gap is 3 years but daily we see that gap closing.

The new dose of nasal secretin has given Ryan huge gains in imaginary play and in auditory processing skills which is shocking his speech therapist. Our speech therapist presented his case at rounds and declared that increasing his secretin was the reason for his improvement. Our ABA team is also raving about the secretin effects (nothing else changed.)

Needless to say it is causing quite a stir since that company's stance is biomed is not proven. I am actually looking forward to his next testing!

My point really is that we are so grateful for the products that you make!! Without them our son would be lost...

The work that you do to make sure products are billed to insurances is very helpful to so many families.

Basically in a world that is crazy and in a disease that is so controversal; your company is making a real difference in our life and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

As a pharmacist I understand the hurdles and hoops you must jump through to keep a compounding pharmacy operating. Just know it is so worth it for the families you service!

"FYI, I just started using your Enhansa with my son as his IL-8 was severely elevated. On a scale of less than 24 being normal, his was a 275! Curcumin is said to lower this inflammatory marker. "Hello, I wanted to share the good news about our recent experience with Enhansa! We started this supplement about 2 weeks ago. We started with 75mg dose and my 5 year old daughter reacted with an outbreak of itchy hives on her face and neck. Which she has never done before! So I continued with it and the next dose was lower about 35mg. There was no reaction so I gradually upped the dosage and now we are at 150mg per day (75mg morning/afternoon).
She is doing SO wonderfully on this product! The day after the first dose she sat down at the kitchen table and colored in a coloring book on her own (she went and got it!) for about an hour. It was beautiful! This a child that hates to color! It would be like pulling teeth to get her to scribble with a crayon! Not only that but she told me. "Mommy, I am stronger now. I'm a big girl now" (because she could color like the other kids her age). She loves to color everyday now! Also her temper has calmed ALOT! Her speech has improved a great deal! She started using prepositions like between, besides and behind. She is speaking in more complete sentences and most of all her eye contact is AMAZING! "Just wanted to post how we are doing on Enhansa. We started out per the instructions at 150mg and my kids had a huge reaction. We backed off and restarted at 75mg and they did much better. [He had some rashes, some blisters and low grade fevers] and then an explosion in speech!! He is even talking to peers in class and making small talk! He even told off his teacher the other day for telling him no! (She gave him a time out but said she was secretly so thrilled!) He is caught up to age level in speech and is at a 5 year old level in motor skills!! His teachers report that he has friends and they said the kids love him and he is very popular. I just wanted to let you know that in the past 6 months I have found a pharmacy well-equipped to serve Lyme patients' special med needs: Lee Silsby. I have been dealing with Lyme and toxic mold issues for 5 years, and this pharmacy has been the best in terms of efficiency, quality of service, and ability to work with my insurance. They have bent over backwards to compound meds for me using the least allergenic options. They are in Ohio, but can ship anywhere. I actually stopped there on my drive (across country) last week to meet the pharmacy staff in person, and they are lovely. Although they work a lot with the autism community, Alan--the pharmacist--has recently attended ILADS conferences and met Lyme docs, and he hopes to be of service to Lyme patients as well. Anyhow, I just thought I'd share because had I known about this pharmacy sooner, I would have saved money and had more of my needs met.

"I am doing a lot better than I was and I am all excited about it. Before I started taking Enhansa I felt terrible all the time. I was sad and tired all the time. It was hard for me to act right and I was unable to go to school and stay. I was trying to do better and I was not able to. I always was weird but wanted to be different. I think enhansa is the greatest stuff ever and I want to take more. I am sad that this wasn't around when i was young. The reason is that I would have taken it all my life. Then I wouldn't be so sad and sick. For a few months I was having die-off symptoms and sweating a lot. The first symptoms were flu symptoms and then sweating. Then I started sleeping better. And when I go to school I am able to stay and I don't grab shirts or people. I am happier and reading things easier. It has really been worth the discomfort of the die-off effects.
